The Hanna FC232D is a specialised electrode designed for use with the Hanna HI-99163 portable pH meter (old style). It is suitable for pH measurement of meat products and can be fitted with a knife blade.
FC232D pH electrode for meat testing
The FC232D pH electrode is recommended for use with the Hanna HI-99163N portable pH meter (old style - see photo below) and is suitable for pH measurement of meat products. This probe has a 1m cable and DIN connector.
The electrode can be tipped with a stainless steel knife blade for meat processing.
Please note:
This electrode is not supplied with the stainless steel knife blade for meat processing. Simply search for part number FC099 to order this attachment.
This electrode is for use with the Old Style HI-99163N. For new style meters, go to FC2323.
