Need to Return Something?

All Hanna products are inspected before despatch and we take great care in the quality control and packing of your order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that are damaged or appear to be faulty, please take the following steps:

If the product is damaged on receipt as a result of the damage in transit, then please keep all the packaging including the outer box and if possible photograph the shipment in the condition it was received. This will help us to determine the nature of the damage and to make improvements in packing and shipping where appropriate. Photographs of any damage to the outer box will also help us with our couriers and ensure it doesn't happen again!

Should you experience a problem using your new Hanna product and think it might be faulty, then please contact us before returning it. Our products are technical in nature and it is possible that an item can appear faulty when in fact it just requires the correct procedure to be followed. We can provide this guidance quickly and easily over the phone.

Of course, if an item is received in a damaged state or is genuinely faulty and you'd rather send it back and subject to the items being returned in the condition they were received, we will credit the full transaction back to your credit or debit card. Please contact us first if you wish to do this as it helps speed the process up if we have advance notice of anything coming back to us and our team in the warehouse can be on the lookout for your return.
