HI-144-10 is a temperature data logger with internal NTC sensor and USB docking cradle able to memorise 8000 logs. Suitable for monitoring and recording temperatures in food and drink production and transportation, agriculture, and office/warehouse/building spaces.
The monitoring of temperature is critical through all stages in food distribution. This includes from the time it is packaged and stored to transportation to the local market or restaurant.
For cold food storage, it is necessary to ensure that the product is always stored properly to maintain quality and safety to prevent bacterial growth.
This logger can also track environmental temperatures, such as in building maintenance, or in an office or warehouse, to ensure that heating or air conditioning thermostats are programmed correctly and hot or cold air is distributed evenly.
The HI-144-10 will help to be compliant in recording temperatures as part of a HACCP monitoring program.
Using the supplied PC software, the HI-144-10 can be programmed to record the temperature in intervals from 1 minute to 24-hours and can store up to 8,000 readings.
The user can program the device or download the logged data through the HI-144002 USB communication cradle.
The HI-92144 Windows® compatible application software supports communication between the logger and a PC.

Data transfer to PC
To download logged data, remove the logger from its installation and place it on HI-144002 communication cradle connected to your PC through a USB port.
The memory content can then be downloaded from the instrument to the PC using the Windows® compatible application software offered by Hanna Instruments. This software allows you to use the powerful capabilities of most spread sheet programs (e.g. Excel©, Lotus 1-2-3©) and to make any elaboration available (e.g. graphics, statistics analysis, etc.).
The user-friendly online help and clear messages will support you throughout.
During data transfer, the yellow LED on the cradle blinks to indicate that the communication is active. Do not remove the logger while the LED is blinking.
