The 6000 series are innovative, advanced-level benchtop meters designed for high-precision measurement in laboratories. These sleek, modern instruments are designed with time-saving, user-friendly features to make testing pH, ORP, EC and DO simple, without sacrificing the high level of accuracy necessary across a wide range of industries and specialisations.

What is the 6000 series?

Hanna’s 6000 series benchtop meters include four individual advanced instruments for the measurement of individual key parameters in a laboratory setting and one multiparameter modular system. This range includes:

HI-6221 pH and ORP Meter

The HI-6221 benchtop digital pH meter is an ideal choice for the accurate, reliable and repeatable measurement of both pH and ORP in samples. This meter is supplied with the HI-1131B double junction combination pH electrode, a high-temperature glass-bodied, double junction refillable electrode designed for a versatile range of applications.

A HI-7662-TW temperature probe is also supplied with this benchtop pH meter, allowing for automatic temperature compensation when measuring pH. Buy the HI-6221 here.

HI-6321 Conductivity Meter

The HI-6321 advanced EC conductivity meter is a benchtop solution for the measurement of resistivity, conductivity, salinity and TDS. This versatile laboratory-grade meter is supplied with the HI-7631233, a four-ring probe designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial process water applications, without the need for frequent calibrations. Buy the HI-6321 here.

HI-6421 Dissolved Oxygen Meter

The HI-6421 benchtop DO meter is a streamlined solution for measuring DO in fresh and saltwater samples. This dissolved oxygen meter is supplied with the HI-7641133 Opdo optical dissolved oxygen probe, based on the principle of fluorescence quenching for the accurate measurement of dissolved oxygen concentration.

This advanced DO meter is also available with the HI-764833 polarographic probe covering a wide range of dissolved oxygen measurements, with a slim design that is suitable for measurement in test tubes and BOD bottles. Buy the HI-6421 here or the HI-6421/P here.

HI-6000 Multiparameter Meter

The HI-6000 modular multiparameter system features plug-and-play modules for the measurement of pH, ORP, ISE, EC and DO. This compact meter saves space on the benchtop and can measure up to three samples simultaneously for greater efficiency, with laboratory-grade accuracy and split-screen functionality.

Six different pre-made kits are available for the HI-6000 multiparameter lab meter to suit a wide range of requirements. Additional modules can be purchased at any time to further expand the capabilities of this versatile meter. Learn more about the HI-6000 modular system here.
