HI-1003/3 pH Electrode for High Pressure information
Hanna's extended description
Flow-thru Monitoring pH Electrode
Industrial probe with a glass bodied electrode for use in aggressive chemicals. It is also easy to clean. A PEI protective sleeve gives the electrode resistance against mechanical stress. Operating limits are -5 to 80°C (23 to 176°F) and pressure up to 6 bar (87 psi).
In order to reduce normal contamination coming from industrial use, this electrode combines a polymer reference and double-junction technology. With this technology, no refilling is required and the electrode can be used in samples such as organic compounds, proteins and heavy metals.
In addition, the pH electrode uses a unique annular PTFE junction that minimises clogging.
Some models also feature a built-in amplifier, which allows for measurements to be taken far from the location of the instrument without requiring a transmitter. HI-1002 probes incorporate a BNC connector that enables connection to any pH meter quickly and easily. Models with 3 or 5 meters cable are available.
