If your instrument is out of warranty and needs to be looked at by our experienced service team, initial checks are still free.  That’s right, we make no charge for the initial inspection and diagnosis report of your instrument fault and treat every service item with the same level of priority whether it is in or out of warranty. – “10 years or 10 days, we look after everyone equally - we care.”

 

We take time and care to get it right

We value our customers old and new. We are not just an internet shop, we have product specialists who are willing to visit you to discuss your requirements and match you and your company with the right testing equipment.
