Make process monitoring easy and affordable with a high-spec controller from our digital control series.
HI-720224-2 Conductivity Process Digital Controller
Extremely accurate and simple to install, Hanna’s innovative high-specification 700 series controllers offer economical, constant monitoring of pH, Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), and Electrical Conductivity (EC).
Using the new Tele-control™ technology, it enables users to control the unit from any distance at all times allowing optimisation of operations such as maintenance cycles.
Two-way communication supplied by the RS485 output and Windows® compatible software means users can control the complete regulation process from their PC or through SMS via mobile phone.
- Sensor Check™ - fault finder
- CAL Check™ – Alerts users of calibration status
- ATC – Automatic temperature compensation
- Logging – Logging of up to 100 system events
The HI-720224-2 is a PID, PI, proportional or on/off EC/TDS controller with one or two set points and includes an inductive conductivity probe.
The measurement configuration settings and EC and TDS control are saved separately and allow users to switch between EC and TDS without losing settings.
Temperature is continuously monitored using a temperature sensor (pt100 or Pt1000 type) with ATC of conductivity.
One or two analogue controller outputs (0-20 or 4-20mA) can be configured for recording or controlling (only for models with PID), and up to 4 relays can be used to control the process or be connected with alarm status. Controller status is visible with LEDs on the front panel and on LCD.
In general, the compact, easy-to-use controllers are designed to consistently perform in most environments and conditions twenty-four/seven.
There is no need to worry about space or cost, as all the controllers can be installed in confined spaces and the low cost means previously manual monitoring can now be automated, saving time and money.
The controllers have large, easy-to-read displays, fire-retardant casing, proportional control, full PID Control, password protection, analogue or digital transmitter input, data logging, programmable cleaning cycles and fail safe alarm systems.
