pH is a measure of the hydrogen ions (H+) in solution, and is used to determine how acidic or basic the sample is. pH levels are important in a wide range of applications, for example in swimming pools, it is essential to have enough chlorine in the water to remove harmful bacteria and this can be determined by the pH. pH is typically measured in samples such as pure water, wastewater, soils, alcoholic beverages, food and dairy products.

Hanna offer a wide range of portable and bench pH meters and electrodes suitable for almost any application.
